A plain rectangular box in satin anodised aluminium, with a slip lid that fits snugly and lifts straight off. The corners are softly rounded and the brushed grain runs the length of the box, sized for a row of pens, a stack of index cards or the small bits worth keeping.
It’s made exclusively for MAGAZIN, the Stuttgart design shop. It measures 21 by 10 by 3 cm and weighs 180 g, light enough to live in a drawer and smart enough to leave out.
